About
The University of Birmingham is a public research university and a founding member of the Russell Group, established by royal charter in 1900 as England's first civic university. Its 672-acre Edgbaston campus, a short train ride from the city centre, covers medicine, dentistry, engineering, business, law and the sciences, and the university also runs a campus in Dubai.
