About
Massey University is a public research university founded in 1927 as Massey Agricultural College in Palmerston North and granted full university status in 1964. It teaches at campuses in Palmerston North, Albany in Auckland and Wellington, and is one of New Zealand's largest providers of distance learning, with recognised strengths in agriculture and food science, veterinary science, aviation, and creative arts and design.
