About
Norwich University of the Arts is a small specialist public university devoted to art, design, media, architecture and performance. It was founded in 1845 as the Norwich School of Design and gained university title in 2012. Around 2,700 students study in twelve city-centre buildings, with workshops for fashion, textiles, film, animation, games and printmaking.
