Oregon State University is a public land-grant research university founded in 1868 in Corvallis, Oregon, and holds land, sea, space and sun grant designations. It is recognised for engineering, forestry, agricultural sciences, oceanography and pharmacy, and operates a second degree-granting campus in Bend plus a coastal research campus in Newport. - Regional Awards and Scholarships - guaranteed awards of USD 2,000 to USD 16,000 per year for up to four years for international first-year and International Year One students, with the value set by country of residence and no separate application required
- Provost's Scholarship for Excellence - USD 6,000 per year for up to four years for international first-year or International Year One students with a 3.5+ GPA (or IB 30+), and transfer students with a 3.25+ GPA; cannot be combined with regional awards
- Continued Success Scholarship - USD 3,000 per year for a 3.5 GPA or USD 5,000 per year for a 3.75 GPA, for up to three years, awarded on successful progression from first-year, International Year One or Undergraduate Transfer Program study
- Honorary Scholarship for Leadership - one-off USD 2,000 award for international students with a 3.0+ GPA and evidence of leadership; a separate application to the international scholarships office is required
