Suffolk University is a private, non-sectarian university in downtown Boston, founded in 1906 as an evening law school. It offers bachelor's, master's and doctoral programmes through its College of Arts and Sciences, Sawyer Business School and Law School from a campus on Beacon Hill beside the Massachusetts State House, and runs international pathway programmes with INTO University Partnerships.

- Merit scholarships - awarded automatically at admission to new undergraduates, including international applicants, with no separate application; awards ranged from USD 5,000 to USD 25,000 per year for 2025-26 and are renewable for up to four years
- Dean's Scholarship - merit-based award for full-time entering first-year and transfer students, renewable for up to eight semesters provided a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is maintained
- Undergraduate Progression Scholarship - USD 10,000 per year for students who earn a 3.0 GPA on the Suffolk INTO undergraduate pathway programme and progress into a Suffolk degree; renewable for up to three years
- Ram Scholarship - funding awarded at the time of admission to students judged able to make a positive impact on the Suffolk community; renewable annually for up to four years
- First Generation College Scholarship - USD 1,000 for eligible incoming first-year students who are the first in their family to attend university; guaranteed, renewable and awarded automatically from the admission application
